We are looking for a Project Manager of Video for a top fashion company in San Francisco! Marketing Shared Services is a centralized team that will lead the standardization and innovation of key functions, including Media, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Intelligence, across all iconic brands. Within the Marketing Shared Services organization, the Media Shared Services group will consist of a combination of centralized and embedded resources that will drive a consistent approach to media planning and activation across the portfolio. The team will leverage strategic acumen, deep functional expertise, and scale across the organization to be a demonstrable force multiplier for the brands it serves. The Manager, Video is responsible for end to end management of ad trafficking across multiple brands, and standardizing asset management across our portfolio of brands. Sitting within the broader Marketing Shared Services organization, this role is part of a new approach providing a centralized activation arm for video investment across brands. In this role, you will work closely with the Video lead, brand marketing, creative, production teams, and Media Agency partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness primarily in the programmatic, social and direct video landscape.Responsibilities:Manage video creative trafficking for brands, working closely with production and creative teams on asset delivery. Video trafficking inclusive of programmitc, direct, social and influencer video.Support in asset management and trafficking for brand media assets - display banners, audio ads and custom contentLead standardization of airtable useage acrossWork with channel activation and channel planning, brand marketing and creative teams on briefing video specs for product and brand storiesLead communication with media agency and creative teams, ensuring that all ads are launched in a timely manner and that best practices are followedConsistently manage workflows with creative teams and production teams and meet agency SLAs for campaigns.Work with video team to regularly conduct research and due diligence to identify video innovation opportunities and best practices that will elevate brands in the marketplaceEstablish and drive continuous improvements to creative workflows, by staying atop platform best practices and industry trendsSupport video team in sharing video insights for the portfolioCompetencies:Strategy: Effectively execute strategy, consistently pursue business and marketing objectives, manage breakthrough media campaigns, adopt innovations and new practices, and surface cross-portfolio media best-practicesPlanning: Support planning of media campaigns to advance company and brand-specific goals, optimize activities and expenses to ensure campaign results, prioritize key levers to achieving business objectives, and implement relevant processes to help COE and brand teams deliver resultsLeadership: Demonstrate ability to work independently, facilitate collaboration, identify opportunities for growth, be a consistent team player, take initiative, and proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutionsTeamwork: Execute the directives of mission, manage and work efficiently with various stakeholders, be solution- and service-oriented, and communicate effectively and directlyOwnership: Demonstrate subject matter expertise, establish presence with team, demonstrate strong presentation and written communication skills, own mistakes and work quickly to find solutions, and showcase initiativeRequired Qualifications:4+ years marketing experience with 3+ years experience in paid mediaExperience planning and executing brand media, programmatic and direct campaignsKnowledge of video landsscape, creative best practices, and trendsExperience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive changeExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and acrossEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking into your workIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
