We work with some of the world's largest brands - including Procter & Gamble, Church & Dwight, Unilever, Intuit, Kraft Heinz, and Clorox - to predict how their consumers will behave in the real-world.The RoleAs we scale, we're looking for a strategic and results-driven VP of Growth & Customer Strategy to spearhead revenue expansion, deepen customer relationships, and position Orchard as an industry leader.In this role, you will lead growth & product marketing, account management & customer expansion, and relationship-based selling & strategic client engagement. This cross-functional executive leadership role requires both deep functional expertise as well as proven track record of driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities1. Growth & Product MarketingDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.Lead account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies tailored to enterprise clients.Collaborate with the product and client teams to refine messaging based on customer needs and market trends.Position Orchard as an industry thought leader through content and events.2. Account Management & Customer ExpansionLead and scale a high-performing account management team focused on enterprise relationships.Define and execute customer growth plans that maximize upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.Ensure teams deeply understand and proactively address customer pain points with strategic solutions.Implement client service initiatives to enhance engagement and lifetime value.3. Relationship-Based Selling & Strategic Client EngagementServe as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders in client organizations.Establish customer advisory boards, executive briefings, and strategic workshops to strengthen relationships.Identify and lead consultative sales opportunities that align with client business objectives.Create a customer advocacy program to showcase success stories and drive referrals.4. Cross-Functional LeadershipAlign marketing, sales, product, and client service teams to drive revenue growth.Develop a metrics-driven approach to measure customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.Lead training programs to equip account teams with tools and insights for strategic conversations.Ensure seamless collaboration between growth marketing and account management teams.5.
