Job Title: Senior Marketing Programs ManagerLocation: 665 Clyde Avenue, Mountain View, CA, USASchedule: Hybrid, 2 days a week in officeSummary:Consumer Electronic company Health division is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Programs Manager to drive integrated marketing programs across North America. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our health and wellness marketing initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of North American Health Marketing.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications programs that drive Health adoption and engagement across North America- Lead strategic planning and implementation of integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, partnerships, and events marketing- Orchestrate brand messaging and communications strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints- Build and manage relationships with agency partners, influencers, and key stakeholders- Create and optimize content strategies that resonate with health-conscious consumers- Manage program budgets and track ROI across marketing initiatives- Coordinate with global teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting for regional needs- Drive partnership marketing programs with digital health companies, pharma/bio concerns, academic institutions, healthcare providers, fitness and wellness global brand organization- Analyze program performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization- Manage reporting and stakeholder alignment internally across Company worldwide, as well as with partners and vendorsRequired Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in healthcare/wellness or consumer technology- Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and report on program effectiveness- Excellence in project management and cross-functional collaboration- Background in digital health, wellness, or consumer health technology preferred- Experience working with global brands and understanding of healthcare marketing regulations- Exceptional communication and presentation skills- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldWhat Success Looks Like:- Program manage and scale innovative marketing programs that drive measurable user growth- Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners- Deliver consistent, on-brand experiences across all marketing touchpoints- Identify and capitalize on emerging marketing opportunities in the digital health space- Maintain program excellence while working independently in a fast-paced environment- Successful alignment and project management success with major initiativesRequired Skills:- Program management software (e.g., Asana, JIRA)- Marketing analytics tools- Budget management- Stakeholder communication- Campaign planning and execution- Content strategy- Partnership development- Brand management- Data analysis and reporting
