C2 client, an unrivaled audio communication solutions and service company, seeks a skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, full-stack marketer with strong expertise in digital marketing (marketing automation, PPC, SEO, social media, content and email marketing). They also will be well-versed in HubSpot (Content, Marketing, Operations and Sales Hubs), skilled in developing lead generation programs, and adept at analyzing metrics to inform strategy and execution.This role will be part of the client's leadership team and will oversee and implement their overall marketing strategy, including inbound marketing initiatives, tradeshow marketing, and more, to drive measurable results to help grow their business.Start Date: As soon as they find the right personDuration: Full-time, Direct HireLocation: Milwaukee, WI - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)Compensation: $80K - $90K, commensurate with experienceKey Competencies:Strategic thinking and planningCreativity and innovationAnalytical skills and data-driven decision makingInterpersonal and networking abilitiesExcellent time management, project management, and organizational skillsJob Description:Marketing Strategy and ExecutionWork with the clients leadership and marketing teams to develop marketing strategies that align with the businesss overall goalsManage and deploy comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagementWork independently and collectively with their agency partner to lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and event marketing platformsOversee the marketing budget and work closely with the President continuously to ensure forecasts are accurate and projects are within budgetAnalyze marketing metrics and performance data to refine strategies and ensure measurable ROIHubSpot ExpertiseOptimize the use of HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and reportingDevelop workflows and automated campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnelMonitor and enhance lead scoring, segmentation, and analyticsStay up-to-date on current software developments, training, and associated certificationsLead Generation and Inbound MarketingCreate and execute inbound marketing programs with their agency partner to attract and convert high-value leadsDevelop strategies to enhance SEO, paid search, and organic traffic to improve visibility and lead acquisitionMonitor website performance and implement enhancements to optimize conversionsContent Creation and CurationCollaborate internally and externally with the team to produce high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media postsUtilize storytelling through customer testimonials and case studies to amplify their differentiatorsEnsure brand consistency across all content and marketing materialsTradeshow and Event MarketingLead marketing initiatives for tradeshows and industry events to maximize lead generation and brand exposureCollaborate with sales teams to align event goals with broader marketing strategiesTeam Leadership and CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and leadership, to align marketing efforts with business objectivesParticipate as an active member of the clients Leadership Team to drive and support key business decisions and marketing initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field or comparable work experience7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and brand strategyProven expertise in HubSpot, including CRM, workflows, and reportingStrong analytical skills with a track record of developing data-driven strategiesExceptional content creation and curation abilitiesExperience in managing successful inbound marketing programs and lead-generation strategiesFamiliarity with tradeshow and event marketing, including logistics and campaign coordinationExcellent communication and people skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:HubSpot Certification(s) in various marketing practice areasCreative skills in graphic design and content creationSkilled in using AI tools to improve marketing productivity, strategy, and efficiencyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft CoPilot, Asana, and other MarTech softwareNot your type of gig, but know someone who would be interested?
