LifeStyles is seeking a visionary Senior Brand Manager to lead our iconic SKYN® and LifeStyles® brands into the future. If youre passionate about disrupting the status quo and driving innovation in the CPG space, this is your chance to make waves in the sexual wellness industry!Key Responsibilities🚀:Lead full-funnel consumer engagement strategies - drive awareness, consideration and conversion across all platforms.Own media planning - manage paid, earned and owned media, with a strong focus on digital and social channels.Drive performance marketing - optimize strategies with data-driven insights, track brand performance and make necessary adjustments.Manage e-commerce - innovate pricing, optimize product content and tailor media for platforms like Amazon and other retailers.Partner with creative teams to deliver compelling, engaging content that resonates with consumers.Own the brand P&L - track performance against targets and manage budgets efficiently.Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with sales, product development and other teams to ensure brand consistency.Manage agencies - oversee media and e-commerce agency performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead and coach team - mentor and guide direct reports to success.Required Qualifications:Have 7+ years of brand management experience in consumer goods, with expertise in consumer engagement, media planning and e-commerce (Amazon & ).Bring a general manager mindset - ability to think strategically and drive business growth.Are data-driven, with experience using tools like Nielsen, Numerator and e-commerce platforms for performance tracking and optimization.Have a strong digital and social media background and experience with full-funnel marketing strategies.Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love cross-functional collaboration.Are a creative problem solver, able to innovate independently and drive impactful results.🤠Why Join Us?At LifeStyles, were committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace where all employees can make their mark.
