We focus on leveraging our expertise in communications strategies to drive engagement, awareness, and growth within the life sciences sector for our clients.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Digital Engagement to support our digital initiatives within the life sciences industry. This role involves executing data-driven marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online engagement for healthcare, biotech, and pharmaceutical audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the management of clients under the Digital Engagement teamUse creativity to help build out innovative marketing campaigns and build strategic "big picture" planning for clientsUtilize social listening tool and manual analysis to conduct influencer identification reports and work with team members on recommendations for influencer programsLead daily social media monitoring and community management efforts for our healthcare companies' social media channelsResearch and write copy for digital marketing content (to include organic social copy, paid social ads, search ads, video and graphic copy, etc.) and review content from AssociatesHelp build personas and audience behavior reports including findings, and initial recommendationsCreate organic social media reports for select clients ensuring next steps include strategic tacticsLead social listening reports with associate to recommend thoughtful strategies for clientsAssist with paid media reports delivered by the Paid Media team ensuring key insights are consistent with a clients' larger digital planUse data reports to aid with tactical planning for large campaigns and ensuring recommendations fit with platform best practicesLead the management and day-to-day tactics of specific influencer campaignsBe a key partner for the paid media specialist and lead launching and ongoing optimization for paid campaignsServe as an internal and external subject matter expert in industry updates and platform usability; educate team membersAssist in managing the LifeSci Comms social media accountsUnderstand SEM and SEO and their roles in a marketing ecosystemQualifications & SkillsExperience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotechnology sectors.Experience leading client communicationsPast experience managing digital/social media clients and being client facingSuperior written communication skills, with impeccable attention to detailExcellent project management and organizational skillsExpertise in executing marketing plans for healthcare and regulated industriesExperience using a social media engagement and posting tool (i.e. Brandwatch, Hootsuite, etc.)Expert knowledge of utilizing a social listening tool (Netbase preferred)Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for career growth and skill development in the life sciences industry.Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options).Health, wellness, and professional development benefits.Exposure to cutting-edge innovations in biotech, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
