This is a hybrid onsite contract opportunity for 5 months. Ideal candidate has 5+ years beauty, retail and/or agency marketing experience.Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Lead to the development of strategic creative briefs and 350 communication plansResponsible for driving customer engagement and sales through marketing communicationsLead marketing campaign strategy for category and collaborate and build relationship with key cross-functional stakeholders (digital marketing, paid media, production, project and creative) to meet business objectives, customer insights, sales forecasts to create strategic marketing campaignsLead the creative development of campaigns working with the creative team from brief, strategy to executionSenior Marketing Manager Qualifications:5+ years marketing experience; beauty, retail, and/or agency experience preferred Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing - store, digital, social media and paid mediaThrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and ability to juggle multiple high-profile campaigns and projects at oncePassion for creative strategy, development and campaign execution
