This intern will be working with key decision makers and leaders to solve complex challenges that impact our business today and in the future.What Does the Digital Asset Management Team Do?Our DAM (Digital Asset Management) team will be responsible for organizing, storing, and distributing HUSA's digital assets, such as images, videos, documents, templates, and marketing materials. They will ensure all digital assets are properly categorized, tagged, and stored in our DAM system, GreenHouse, for easy retrieval. They will be responsible for maintaining relevant metadata (descriptions, tags, copyright info) to assets to improve searchability and compliance. Additionally, they will manage who can access, edit, and distribute digital assets within and outside of HUSA. Ultimately, they will provide our internal teams (marketing, sales, creative, etc.) and external partners with the right assets when and where they need them.Duties and Responsibilities Include:Assist in managing and maintaining the DAM system, ensuring digital assets are properly cataloged and structuredHelp develop and enforce metadata and taxonomy standards for easy searchability and retrievalOrganize and tag digital assets using industry best practices for classification and accessibilityPerform regular audits of the DAM system to maintain asset accuracy and consistencySupport training and support to internal teams on how to use the DAM system effectivelyAssist users in uploading, searching, and retrieving digital assets as neededCollaborate on creation of user guides and documentation to streamline DAM usageAssist in establishing and implementing asset usage rights, copyright guidelines, and permissions managementMonitor and maintain compliance with licensing agreements and asset expiration policiesEnsure data integrity and security, managing access levels based on user rolesBasic Qualifications/Requirements:College students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Library Science, Information Management, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related fieldHighly motivated self-starterProven people/project leadership throughout one's academic career (on-or off-campus)Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quicklyDemonstrated ability to work in results-oriented, challenging environmentEffective facilitation, presentation, and team-building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to give/receive constructive feedbackMust be 21 years old at the start of internshipPreferred Skills:Basic understanding of Dam systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder Widen, or similar)Knowledge of metadata standards, taxonomy, and digital archiving best practicesFamiliarity with copyright, digital rights management (DRM), and content governance policiesStrong communication and training skills for guiding users on DAM best practicesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projectsProficient in Microsoft SuiteInterest in the CPG/Adult Beverage IndustryHEINEKEN BehaviorsConnectShapeDevelopDeliverCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $25.00 / Maximum 40-hours per weekDuration: 10 weeksThis position does not qualify for housing or relocation assistanceHEINEKEN USA is an equal opportunity employer.
