eCommerce Manager

As we expand our online presence, we are looking for an eCommerce Manager to drive our digital growth and enhance the customer journey.We are looking for a proactive eCommerce Manager with ideally at least 3-4 years of Shopify experience and a background in digital sales. This role involves managing our online store, optimizing user experience, and working with marketing to drive traffic and sales.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.Oversee the management and performance of our Shopify store, including updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools to drive data-driven improvements.Optimize UX/UI and conversion rates for a seamless shopping experience.Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns.Manage online merchandising, promotions, and product launches.Stay updated on eCommerce trends and recommend improvements.Qualifications & Skills:3-4+ years of Shopify experience (store management, troubleshooting, and optimization).Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and performance tracking.Experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, and conversion optimization.Background in eCommerce management with a proven track record of driving sales.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.The Offer!Base salary up to $100K.Bonus opportunities!401K with 4% company match.Generous PTO policy.Comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance.Life insurance.Great environment!
