Key areas of responsibility include Search campaigns, Performance Max (PMax), Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and Microsoft Audience Network (MSAN), along with the ability to leverage secondary platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Display to support broader business objectives. Experience handling monthly budgets of $20K+ and delivering measurable business results is essential.A successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and e-commerce verticals. They are adept at campaign strategy, performance analysis, and cross-platform optimization, with a focus on ROI and staying ahead of industry trends. This position reports to the Associate Director of Paid Media.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Campaign Management:Search Campaigns: Manage and optimize search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, delivering strong performance across lead generation, brand awareness, and e-commerce objectives.Performance Max: Utilize PMax campaigns to maximize performance across Google's inventory with a data-driven approach.Demand Gen & Display: Execute Demand Gen and Display campaigns to broaden reach and drive audience engagement through visual and responsive ad formats.YouTube Ads: Plan and execute YouTube video campaigns to build brand awareness and consideration, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals.Microsoft Audience Network (MSAN): Develop and optimize native ad campaigns through MSAN to target unique audiences within Microsoft's ecosystem.Secondary Platforms: Contribute to campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Display, using these platforms to complement primary efforts and expand reach.Budget Management: Efficiently manage $20K+ monthly budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal spend allocation to achieve KPIs and ROI goals.Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance, uncover trends, and provide actionable optimization recommendations. Tools include Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads reporting, Tableau, and Datorama.Reporting: Prepare comprehensive performance reports that highlight key insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and offer actionable recommendations.Optimization: Continuously refine campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting across all platforms to maximize performance.Market Research: Stay informed about trends in paid digital marketing, platform updates, and audience behavior to innovate and optimize campaigns.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with marketing objectives. Share strategic insights, learnings, and platform-specific best practices.Tag Management: Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate conversion tracking and performance measurement.Certification Management: Maintain certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms, demonstrating expertise and staying current with platform advancements.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Proven Experience:2-4 years of experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns with expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Hands-on experience with Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and Microsoft Audience Network (MSAN) campaigns.Experience managing $20K+ monthly budgets and delivering measurable results.Vertical Expertise: Proven success in managing campaigns across lead generation, brand awareness, and e-commerce verticals, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet client goals.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and platform-specific reporting tools.Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Tableau, or Datorama for data visualization and reporting.Certifications: Current or ability to achieve certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and secondary platforms like Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting strategies, sharing insights, and aligning with team objectives.Continuous Learning: A passion for staying current with industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities in paid digital marketing.TOOLS YOU'LL WORK WITH:Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and more.Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.Tag Management: Google Tag ManagerCollaboration Tools: MS Teams, Microsoft Planner.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary100% premium paid medical, dental and vision benefits for employees401K with a salary matchPaid holidaysCompetitive vacation and personal time-off packageHybrid StructureCompany donation match - you donate, we donateTime off for community service - because charity can't always wait until evenings or weekends
