Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. They assist their manager in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve our customers. The role is customer-facing with general customer service duties including providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs. Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures. Requirements: Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
