Customer Service Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean store appearance, and handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find products, answering questions, and addressing their needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, while promoting additional sales opportunities. Maintain proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products. Ensure the cleanliness of direct working areas, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs. Participate in cross-training programs to develop skills in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
