As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals. Job Description Main Responsibilities: Schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records Perform administrative duties under the direction of supervisors or providers Take and record vital signs and medical histories Prepare patients for examination and draw blood as needed Requirements Education: Graduated from a formal MA training program that included pharmacology class, anatomy/physiology, the basics of medication administration, and completion of a clinical externship, OR graduated with an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma Experience: None required, but previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in an ambulatory clinic, is preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, proficiency in computer skills, and licensure/certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent
