The chef will report to our Office Manager and be responsible for providing delicious, fresh, and healthy meals for our dedicated employees. We are looking for someone with high performance standards who can execute well and flourish in a dynamic environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and prepare fresh lunches (and some breakfasts) for up to 50 employees per day, four to five times a week as the sole chef in our state of the art kitchenPrepare food for office meetings, events or gatherings on-site as neededPurchase supplies and groceries daily to weekly, within budgetMaintain cleanliness and organization of the entire cafeOversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and within budgetCoordinate with Office Manager for repair services to ensure appliances are regularly serviced and in good working orderWork with our marketing team to develop and create new berry recipesStrong adherence to food safety protocols alwaysOther related duties as assigned by managementREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Positive and friendly attitude aligned with the Wish Farms culturePrior restaurant, catering or corporate chef experienceSERV Safe certification required upon hiringDetail oriented with an ability to multitask and strong self-structureAbility to stand for multiple hoursEffective time management skillsStrict cleanliness and strong organizational abilitiesRecipe development experienceCOMPENSATION/BENEFITSThis position offers competitive pay, paid holidays, PTO, as well as a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term and short-term disability, FSA, HSA with company match, supplemental policies and 401k with 4% company match.
