Payroll Clerk

Work hours: Monday role will start @ 2 am, Tuesday through Friday 5 am - 1 pm PST. Responsibilities:Monitor associate FMLA files, maintain associate leave of absence progress and provide status updates to managementRespond to and direct incoming call inquiries and reception coverage.Ordering and maintenance of department office supplies.Sorts and processing of company mail, UPS, DHL & FedEx.Maintains and updates filing systems.Review incoming correspondence and compose responses as appropriate.Coordinate and participate in department meetings or conference calls, and maintain and report minutes of meetings.Experience:Experience Level: 1+ years' experience providing a high level of administrative support including working knowledge of payroll in a logistics environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, Live Meeting.Demonstrated skills relating to composing and editing business correspondence.Knowledge of office operations and procedures.Some analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports and to prioritize work.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain a strong rapport with Division Staff, Corporate Staff, Vendors and Retail Stores.The high degree of confidentiality.Considerable experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously.Dependable, self-motivated, high focus on detail, quick learner, flexible and professional in appearance.Skills:Experience Level: 1+ years' experience providing a high level of administrative support including working knowledge of payroll in a logistics environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, Live Meeting.Education:The minimum education for this position is a High School diploma or G.E.D.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
