Maintenance Manager - Denver AirportSalary: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus bonus and excellent benefits)Location: Onsite - Denver AirportKey Requirements:EPA CertificationExtensive experience with Espresso Machines, Refrigerators, and Walk-In FreezersStrong leadership and technical skills in managing restaurant maintenance operationsJob Overview:We are looking to add a Maintenance Manager to our growing team at Denver Airport to help support the maintenance of our portfolio of restaurants. With our operation rapidly expanding and the demands for maintaining several diverse restaurant locations in the airport, we need another resource to help manage the workload. This role will provide essential support to our current Maintenance Manager, ensuring that our restaurants stay in top condition, and that repairs and preventative maintenance are handled quickly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance Oversight: Manage and assist a team of Maintenance Technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service, including scheduling, validating work, and escalating urgent issues.Vendor & Partner Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, property management, and third-party service providers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.Service Prioritization: Quickly assess and prioritize service requests, ensuring that critical issues are resolved efficiently.Regular Audits & Compliance Checks: Perform routine audits of restaurant locations to identify potential maintenance opportunities and confirm compliance with all local regulations, including fire safety and health department requirements.Support New Restaurant Openings: Help support the opening of new restaurants by ensuring facilities are in compliance and well-maintained from day one.Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with restaurant managers and operations teams to resolve any facilities-related challenges that arise.Regulatory & Safety Adherence: Ensure that all locations are up-to-date on regulatory requirements and maintain high safety standards.Required Skills and Experience:Experience: 4+ years in facilities management, with a strong preference for experience in restaurant facilities or operations.Technical Expertise: Knowledge of restaurant mechanical systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and local regulations.Team Leadership: Experience managing or coordinating maintenance teams, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly and effectively address maintenance issues as they arise.EPA Certification: Must hold EPA certification; Refrigeration certification is a plus.Flexible & Proactive: Ability to work flexible hours and take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a solution-oriented approach.Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus bonus and excellent benefits)The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
