This mission is driven by the idea that our relationship with them is full circle, and we help them take advantage of their greatest opportunities and pursue their financial goals with confidence.Job Summary:The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office.Supervisory Responsibilities:• Oversee the daily work activities of the office.• Supervise and motivate team members.• Delegate tasks and set clear performance expectations.• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.• Lead team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.• Foster a positive team culture.• Resolve conflicts within the team.• May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.• Design and/or schedule training programs for new hires during onboarding.Duties/Responsibilities:• Standardize office policies and procedures for all current and future office locations.• Perform or facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.• Provide clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.• Serve as a subject matter expert on company software, providing training and guidance to new hires to ensure effective onboarding and system proficiency.• Maintain inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.• Standardize process for office files; implementing an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.• Communicate effectively with location-based vendors.• Manage and maintain office compliance requirements and security procedures.• Facilitate location-based announcements.• Standardize and collaborate with firm event coordinators for office specific events.• Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:• Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.• At least 5 years of administrative or clerical experience required.• 3+ years of management experience preferred.Physical Requirements:• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.Travel Requirements:• Maximum interstate travel once per quarter.BenefitsAs a full-time team member of the firm, you will be eligible to participate in several firm sponsored benefits.
