This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized professional eager to grow their career in legal recruiting while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:Provide essential administrative support to the Legal Recruiting Team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all recruitment activities.Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.Monitor and manage recruiting-related emails, responding promptly to inquiries and escalating urgent matters as needed.Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and organizing recruiting events, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.Prepare and professionally format recruiting documents, reports, and spreadsheets to support hiring initiatives.Leverage Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to track candidate data, generate reports, and manage recruitment schedules effectively.Qualifications of the Recruiting Coordinator:Bachelor's degree preferred.At least two years of administrative experience within a professional services setting (law firm, financial services, consulting, etc.).Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for managing data and reporting.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive, professional demeanor.Highly organized and reliable, with a knack for anticipating needs and taking initiative.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.P-15
