The firm is seeking a motivated Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal with experience in personal injury, civil rights, and commercial litigation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment with high-profile cases, competitive salary, and career development opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare pleadings, manage case documents, and assist with the discovery process.Draft motions and responses while ensuring compliance with legal protocols.Handle medical records and coordinate expert witness participation.Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and trial preparation.Assist with deposition preparation, case management, and trial materials.Provide ongoing trial support, ensuring all deadlines are met and materials are organized.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (preferably in criminal justice or political science).Paralegal certification (NALA or NFPA preferred).Experience in plaintiff-side litigation, particularly in personal injury or civil rights.Strong organizational, communication, and legal research skills.Proficiency with legal software (Clio, LexisNexis, etc.) is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Salary:$55,000 - $67,500, plus generous benefits.
