The award-winning White Lotus team has spearheaded projects within the real estate industry across the country with projects ranging from multifamily to commercial developments.Position SummaryAs an Administrative Assistant at White Lotus Group, you will be responsible to provide essential support to the Real Estate Development Team through day to day interaction, assisting in the coordination of real estate development projects from an administrative level, management of meeting agendas, meeting notation, calendar management, and electronic file management.. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our growing real estate development company by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.The ideal candidate for this position is one that has a passion for the real estate development field, is a bright and self-motivated individual, and has an aptitude for organization and prioritization of time-sensitive tasks. This position will require managing the day-to-day organization of multiple individuals within the Real Estate Development Team.This position cannot be performed remotely.ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and timely follow-up.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, keeping team apprised of due dates and deadlinesPrepare, format, and edit documents such as contracts, proposals, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.Coordinate logistics for client meetings, property showings, and team events.Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for digital and physical documents related to real estate projects, contracts, and client records.Facilitate office projects and conduct researchOrganize and assist with event planningPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and supporting team projects.Perform other duties as assigned by the real estate development teamRequirementsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsMust possess a strong commitment to working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to complete tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance.Adapts well in a fast paced, rapidly changing business environment.Initiate and follow-through on tasks independently; strong self-starter who will provide support to development team in an efficient mannerDetail-oriented and organizedCapability to multitask, assess priorities and maintain composureCandidate must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong follow-up skills.Professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is requiredReal Estate experience is a preferredA can-do attitude is a mustTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint), computer skills, and a desire to learn new technology as needed.
