Human Resrouces CoordinatorLocation: Chicago, IL (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)Compensation: Chicago: $80K + OT + $10K bonusDuration: Two-Year ProgramOverview:An industry-leading firm is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join its team. This structured two-year development program provides hands-on experience in multiple facets of Human Capital Management, with a primary focus on Recruiting (75%) and additional exposure to areas such as Campus Recruitment, Compensation, HR Operations, Data Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations (25%).The firm is looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in Human Resources. Throughout the program, participants will receive continuous feedback and guidance to track their progress and determine potential opportunities beyond the two-year period.Key Responsibilities:Manage the interview scheduling process and coordinate candidate logistics.Facilitate candidate progression through interviews, offers, and background screening.Assist in planning and executing on-campus and in-office recruiting events.Complete a Behavioral Interview Skills certification to enhance talent assessment abilities.Gain proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, V-Lookups, formulas, and data visualization.Support key HR projects related to Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and other HR functions.Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a seamless interview process.Qualifications:0-2 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or Administrative roles in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Ability to thrive in a team-first, high-performance culture.Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus (Greenhouse preferred).Familiarity with scheduling tools (Prelude, ModernLoop, Goodtime, etc.) is a plus.Bachelor's degree in any field.Interview Process:Application submission and assessment.Initial Zoom interview.Operational interview and problem-solving discussion.Final interviews covering teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.Onsite office tour and final interview with leadership.Work Environment:Hybrid work model (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday, flexibility on Monday and Friday).Competitive compensation with overtime eligibility and performance bonuses.Comprehensive medical benefits, wellness programs, and generous paid time off.Professional development opportunities, mentorship, and structured career growth.Ideal Candidate:Passionate about Human Resources and excited about building a career in the field.Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate ideas with confidence.Demonstrates enthusiasm and a proactive approach in interviews.Has researched the company and can express genuine interest in the role.
