With a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, they are expanding their presence in the region and seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead multiple high-profile projects.Position Overview:The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple hyperscale data center projects in the region. This individual will play a key leadership role, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale data center construction, exceptional project management skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex builds.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end construction process for multiple hyperscale data center projects.Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to drive seamless project delivery.Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Provide leadership in resolving construction-related issues and optimizing project efficiencies.Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.Conduct site visits and quality assurance checks to uphold the highest standards in construction execution.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and cost control practices.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience working with hyperscale or colocation data center developers is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
