Insight Globals client is a provider of top-quality glass and mirror products. With over 30 years of experience covering the great Arizona area, they provide a variety of different glass products such as showers doors, mirrors, storefronts, railing systems, tabletops, parts, and repairs! Their team is continuing to grow and expand into new business areas and so they are looking for an Office Manager to help with their day to day operations. Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of office management/administrative experience - Knowledge of glass products/sales - Comfortable going onsite 5 days a week in Mesa, AZNice to Have Skills & Experience:- CRL CAD program experience - Glass Manager system experienceThis person will need to be onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities will include things such as: - Answering phones - Giving customers pricing, quotes, product options, and other general information - Assisting with scheduling - Filling out project requests - Keeping the office space maintained - Ad hoc needsCompensation:$30/hr to $35/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
