Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, performing annual reconciliations, reading and comprehending leases, determining tenant responsibilities, and performing calculations using various formulas. This role also involves working on budgets and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and preparing documents.Perform annual reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.Read and comprehend lease agreements to determine tenant responsibilities.Perform calculations using various formulas to support lease administration and budgeting.Assist in the preparation and management of budgets.Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve lease-related issues.Prepare and distribute reports and documentation as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.Excellent math and Excel skills.Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
