Construction Manager - Superintendent - Multi-Family, High-riseLocation: Downtown Miami, FLSalary: $180,000-$200,000 Base Salary + BonusOur client is a well-recognised Real Estate outfit partnering with a General Contractor to break ground on a 3-year project of 2 multi-family high-rise builds in Downtown Miami in the financial district which is a fast-growing residential area. A Construction Manager / Superintendent is needed to oversee ground break and the relationship with General Contractor.The initial project is a large multi-family high rise development (25+ floors, 220+ units) and a smaller development later also set to launch in Brickell. The builds are set to break ground on the very latest 1st April therefore interviews are being scheduled for this role immediately.Construction Managers must have at least 3 multi-family high rise builds as part of their portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety on every site.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.Develop and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.Requirements:Proven experience as a Construction Manager / Superintendent in the Florida construction market.Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Track record of successfully delivering high-end commercial, multi-family projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.What We Offer:Competitive base salary of $180,000-$200,000, plus end-of-project performance bonus.Comprehensive benefits package:30 days PTO, including personal and sick leave.401(k) match and medical/dental coverage.Life insurance.If you're a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager / Superintendent with a passion for delivering multi-family high-rise projects, we invite you to join our client's accomplished team.
