Job Description: Global AmLaw 100 firm seeks an experienced Trial Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal Trial Paralegal possesses their Bachelors degree, has demonstrated experience managing all aspects of trial from inception to post judgment, and has strong mastery of document review via Relativity or Axcelerate.Trial Litigation Paralegal Job Duties:Organize and index exhibits, prepare trial binders, and manage document-intensive files to ensure seamless trial readiness.Prepare initial drafts of correspondence and act as a liaison between the trial team and third parties such as witnesses, clients, vendors, and courtroom personnel as needed.Issue subpoenas for medical or employment records, track and manage records, and create detailed medical summaries.Proofread legal documents for content accuracy, grammar, typographical errors, and proper formatting. Hyperlink citations and documents as required.Handle e-filing of motions, pleadings, and other legal documents, including after-hours submissions.Efficiently organize and catalog client documents internally and through document review platforms like Relativity or Axcelerate.Create demonstratives and prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, or trials using electronic data.Manage docketing deadlines, create task lists, and oversee project completion timelines.Conduct substantive online research and perform additional filing or administrative duties as assigned.Trial Litigation Paralegal Job Requirements:Bachelors degree requiredABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferredExperience using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or Axcelerate strongly preferredExperience using LexisNexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat strongly preferredAbility to work overtime when requiredIf you or someone you know is interested, please send the resume in Word (.docx) format to Alizen Rodriguez at for immediate and confidential consideration.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
