Overview:Seeking a skilled Paralegal to support attorneys with discovery, research, document management, and case preparation. Requires strong writing, analytical, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Draft briefs, motions, and pleadings; conduct legal research.Organize and review documents for trials, hearings, and depositions.Ensure compliance with firm and court filing standards.Maintain accurate case files (physical & digital).Communicate with clients as directed by attorneys.Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for seamless case management.Qualifications:Bachelors degree (Paralegal certification preferred).3-6 years experience in civil litigation.Proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, and legal databases.Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
