Our client, an electric vehicle manufacturer, is looking for an Automotive Technician to join their team in Glen Burnie, MD! This position is 100% onsite, so local candidates are required.This is a 6-month contractResponsibilitiesAbility to assist in daily EV business operations often requested on ad hoc basis, including shuttling vehicles back and forth from delivery stationsConduct pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles, using a documented process, checklist, and guidelinesDocument results (pass/fail)of pre-delivery inspections and communicate results to team members/supervisorFollow repair procedures with efficiency without compromising quality and safetyPerform or assist with assigned diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehiclesAssist and support vehicle repairs in a setting outside of a service centerConduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality of the repairPerform necessary parts operations such as parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory
