Medical Device Assembler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Clean and decontaminate instruments and ancillary equipment returned from customer sites• Prepare required service documentation• Performs maintenance, testing, calibration and decontamination on a variety of instruments following outlined procedures• Maintains service documentation• Specifies, requests, and maintains spare part inventory• Performs other related duties as required.• Monitor calibration status of equipmentQualificationsEducation• AA or Technical Training School• Lean Training with a focus on continuous improvementExperience• 1-2 Years related experience• Microsoft Office Skills• Experience with ERP and CRM systems• Working knowledge of schematics• Basic knowledge of standard laboratory procedures, tools and biohazard precautions.• cGMP and ISO exposure, knowledge and experienceSkills• Able to demonstrate sound problem-solving skills and use of judgement/decision making ability• Strong attention to detail• Good organizational skills• Display a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
