Their main objective is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and established goals are achieved. Below are the key responsibilities and skills for this **KEY *Time Organization and *o Demonstrate strong time organization and planning skills.o Coordinate and schedule meetings, track milestones, and deliverables.Effective *o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including executives and project teams.o Facilitate communication among team members and ensure smooth information flow.Leadership and *o Lead and motivate teams.o Foster collaboration and teamwork among project members.o Be flexible and able to adapt to changes in projects and priorities.o Identify improvement opportunities and adjust processes as needed.Project Tracking **o Preferably have experience in tracking and controlling project activities.o Monitor project progress, risks, and issues.Intermediate Excel *o Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and managing project-related data.PowerPoint Presentation *o Create effective presentations to communicate updates, reports, and strategies.Working Under *o Handle high-pressure situations and meet established deadlines.BASIC **Engineering Degree4 - 6 years of experience as a PM in Manufacturing Industry/Medical IndustryGood presentation skills before groups/clients.Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.), Power BI, dashboards.Advanced English level (reading and writing) with intermediate conversation skills.
