Join a team where your skills will make an impact and where mentorship and career growth are at the heart of what we do.What You'll **Create 2D bridge layout models and contract documents that bring projects to life.Assist in developing structural and civil bridge plans"”from foundation layouts to reinforcing details.Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation to prepare high-quality designs. Collaborate with engineers and guide junior team members.Interpret existing plans, sketches, and visualizations to ensure accurate, detailed designs.Maintain project files, perform quantity calculations, and ensure all designs meet agency standards.What You **5+ years of experience in Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering Drafting. A technical degree in Engineering Technology (preferred).Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation in an engineering environment.
