The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing customer service and sales inquiries, coordinating with HVAC technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsExperience in HVAC and PlumbingSales skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and office management softwareAttention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
