Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team!This position is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and based at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file formation and dissolution documents and qualifications for corporations and LLCsPrepare Corporate Transparency Act and Uniform Commercial Code filings and continuationsObtain Employer Identification Number ApplicationsPrepare, file, and process annual reports and state tax paymentsCollaborate with agents and vendors regarding corporate filingsPrepare closing binders for corporate transactionsFile SEC Form IDsPrepare Form F-6 registration statements for unsponsored American Depositary Receipt programsCompose filings for corporate actions such as Notices of Ratio Change, Notices of Name Change, and Amendments to Form F-6Revise ADS Holder QuickCertsWork with SEC and other filing agents to file various security formsCollaborate with attorneys on voluminous ADR registration statements and proofAssemble and coordinate the notarization, consularization and apostilling of various documentationWrite regulation S and Rule 144A Global Depository NotesPerform other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree2+ years' experience as a corporate paralegalProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and research skillsSuperior oral and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at once and work under tight deadlinesExcellent time management and organizational skillsMaintain confidentiality and exercise solid judgment and discretionSalary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 based on experienceGainor provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression), age, national origin, immigration status, marital or familial status, citizenship status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, reproductive health decision making, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic or status protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
