Plumbing Estimator

Responsibilities* Coordinate plumbing tasks according to priorities and plans * Communicate with Project Superintendents regarding schedules and changes * Produce daily work schedules and monitor crew attendance * Allocate general and daily responsibilities * Supervise crews and workforce to ensure task completion * Work with management to ensure adequate manpower and resources * Follow and enforce all safety precautions and quality standards * Supervise the use of machinery and equipment * Monitor expenditure and cost * Problem resolution * Quality Control / Quality Assurance * Plan Redlines / Markups * Report on progress to managers * Manager weekly labor payroll (piece pay) * Labor RecruitingAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
