We are willing to train any person who has strong customer support skills with some type of insurance.Insurance Representative DutiesServicing a group of designated customers, answering questions, and handling communications regarding their policies (via email or phone), as they ariseWorking in various insurance companies' websites, pulling proper information, updating customer information, and processing new or renewing policy documentsProcessing customer payments through online payment portalWork alongside Insurance Agents and Underwriters to request new quotes or insurance rates for customers when necessaryInsurance Representative RequirementsPositive and helpful attitudeStrong customer service skillsTeam playerProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applicationsLooking for at least 2 years of customer support experienceGeneral insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
