In this hands-on, field-based position, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires, utilizing your specialized technical skills and knowledge.Key Responsibilities:- Inspect, diagnose, and repair tire-related issues- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and alignment services- Install new tires and ensure proper inflation and tread depth- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clientsQualifications:- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Field Technician or in a similar automotive role- State Certification required- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality- Valid drivers license and reliable transportationWorking Conditions:This position involves working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You may be required to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
