Facilities Technician / HVAC Technician

Job Summary:Seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and equipment upkeep under moderate supervision. The role involves hands-on learning, working with building systems, managing vendors, and maintaining records in compliance with SOPs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical).Follow SOPs for preventative maintenance tasks.Manage and document work orders in CMMS.Collaborate with other departments and oversee vendor activities.Qualifications:0-4 years of facilities/maintenance experience.Proficient with hand tools, basic electrical, and pneumatic systems.Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.HVAC/Electrical or Trade License preferred; associates degree a plus.
