We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our supportive work environment.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced No-Fault / Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New York State No-Fault insurance, with specific experience in filing NF-2 applications. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse client base.Experience Required: Prior experience filing No-Fault applications, running DMV searches, and drafting/serving Letters of Representation.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and file no-fault applications (NF-2) accurately and timely.- Manage a caseload of no-fault insurance claims from inception to resolution.- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.- Assist attorneys with case preparation, document and calendar management.- Translate documents and communications for Spanish-speaking clients, if applicable.- Maintain organized and detailed case files.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pre-litigation paralegal.- Proficiency in filing all applications related to No-Fault Insurance including NF-2, NF-6, etc.- Fluent in Spanish is highly preferred.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in legal research and case management software.Benefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Health insurance.- 401k- Paid time off and holidays.- Opportunities for professional development and growth.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.Languages: Spanish speaking preferredLocation: New York, NYPlease note that all interviews are conducted in-person and this is an on-site position.
