Tour Guide/Visitor Relations

Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Tour Guide/Visitor Relations for an opportunity with a client located in Mukilteo, WA.Responsibilities:Serve as brand ambassadors, and are responsible for learning and presenting detailed company content and scripted material to deliver enhanced experiences such as the Everett Factory Tour, Backstage Pass, and other interactive presentationsSupports engagement throughout the Future of Flight facility, including ticketing and lobby services, leading STEM activities such as robotics and drone experiences, and interpretation of gallery and interactive exhibitsResearch, training, and other tour related assignments such as providing executive and academic toursMust demonstrate active visitor engagement as well as capacity and enthusiasm for learning and sharing accurate information about company products and aviation conceptsDemonstrate a passion for customer-focused interactions among diverse audience groupsCoordinate with other team members to conduct daily on-time business processes to support Future of Flight prioritiesRequirements:Typically 4 or more years related work experience in a role which required strong customer service and communication skillsTypically 1 or more years experience with a role that requires presenting, training, teaching, or acting in a client facing environmentExperience working in a team environmentProven reliability, punctuality and regular attendanceFlexible schedule with ability to work early mornings, mid-days, evenings, weekends and holidaysMust be able to work in standing or walking positions for up to six (6) hours per shiftDesired Skills and ExperienceTour Guide Mukilteo, WA 5 days on site8:00 AM - 6:00 PM 33-40 hours/weekW2 OnlyDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
