Maintenance Supervisor📍Location: Mukwonago, WI💰Salary: $83,250 - $101,750🕒Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call as needed)📄Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct HireEngauge is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facility systems and equipment. This role requires managing large-scale projects and coordinating vendors to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:✅ Oversee and execute maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.✅ Utilize ERP and CMMS systems for tracking and managing maintenance activities.✅ Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose and repair issues.✅ Manage fabrication and machine shop tools efficiently.✅ Coordinate large-scale facility projects and vendor management.✅ Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.✅ Lead and develop a high-performing technical maintenance team.Required Qualifications:✔️ 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial maintenance projects (preferably in plastic injection molding).✔️ 10+ years of experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.✔️ Trade Licensure, Technical Degree, or Journeyman Certificate in Facilities or Industrial Maintenance preferred.✔️ Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.✔️ Ability to work any shift and respond to emergency calls 24/7.✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills for facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC installations.✔️ Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers safely.Physical Requirements:🔹 Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.🔹 Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.🔹 Ability to bend, twist, and reach into tight spaces.🔹 Occasional exposure to inclement weather.Join our team and be part of a company that values expertise, innovation, and excellence in facility maintenance.
