Customer Service Specialist

We are excited to partner with a local NYC community-based organization to assist in hiring a dynamic team of customer service professionals for an engaging 3+ month project! About the Role: We are seeking individuals who are fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fujianese to fill these customer service roles. Successful candidates will respond to client inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner while demonstrating an understanding of diverse community needs. This position is a great match for individuals who are public service-oriented and can effectively collaborate with persons with disabilities.Key Details:Location: Initially based onsite in Manhattan with plans to expand to Flushing and Brooklyn. This is a fully onsite position.
