Pride Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our client's medical facility in Elmhurst, NY. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianLocation: Elmhurst, NY 11373Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible ext.Shift: 5 days per week, 7.5-hour shifts (variable), starting March 17, 2025. Training shifts from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Post-training shifts may vary from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and possibly 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.Job Description:Assist pharmacists in preparing, distributing medications, and maintaining drug inventory under direct supervision.Operate automated dispensing systems and troubleshoot as needed.Rotate assignments between satellites, tours, and shifts as required by departmental needs.Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local pharmacy regulations.Requirements:One year of pharmacy dispensing, sterile processing, or IV room experience preferred.Must be licensed as a Registered Pharmacy Technician by the NYSED.High School Diploma or GED required.Ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints.Best Regards.Tabish Ahmad
