Job ** Reliability EngineerJob * Grand Prairie, TX 75051Onsite *FMECA experienceReliability predictions of electronic components.Experience with Failure reporting, trend analysis and corrective actionJob *Seeking a Reliability Engineer for a full-time position in Grand Prairie, TX.Individuals will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting technical reliability analyses, studies, and evaluations of development and production hardware to meet design requirements.Candidate will work directly with the MFC Integrated Product Team (IPT) to access product design and production hardware suppliers to address proposed hardware changes and resolve production failures.This position requires the successful candidate to be present at the MFC office for IPT interaction and to support regularly scheduled meetings with Suppliers.Supplier meetings will be both virtual and in person with periodic travel to the Suppliers.Experience *Must have at least 5 years of previous experience with Reliability predictions of electronic components.Must have at least 5 years of previous experience with Failure reporting, trend analysis, and corrective action.Must have at least 5 years of previous experience with the FMECA process and analyses.Familiar with Reliability development/growth testing.Must have at least 5 years of previous experience with professional experience working with military products.Willing to travel and work overtime as needed.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.Required Skills and *Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations.Familiarity with SAP software and Visual Basic Macros.Safety engineering knowledge.Human Factors Engineering knowledge.Quality Engineering knowledge.Familiar with engineering drawings/schematics, both mechanical and electronic.Experience with Weibull, Reliability growth, and statistical analysis.Experience with Reliability role in Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and Failure Review Boards (FRB).Ability to compile/analyze performance reports and production/process control statistics.Familiar with reliability testing (HALT, ESS, RDGT).* This client is a US Federal Government contractor and is legally required to hire US Citizens.
