We are looking for a paralegal who will thrive in a team environment, has a growth mindset, and displays trust, responsibility, and unity.Qualifications:2-5 years of paralegal experience in Domestic Relations (Family) Law preferred.Must be self-driven, a true team player, and have a passionate desire to grow professionally, serve clients well and compassionately, and achieve success.Requirements:Highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills, strong academics, excellent research and writing skills, strong attention to detail, desire to commit to and help to grow a team, and the ability to represent a diverse clientele.Responsibilities:Conduct legal researchManage case filesMaintain calendars - Scheduling hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, client meetings, deadlines, and anything else as neededPrepare and draft legal documentsPrepare ExhibitsPrepare and file Discovery Requests and ResponsesPerform witness interviewsRequest Transcripts and other documentsCommunications with Clients, Attorneys and ExpertsComply with all legal standards and regulationsWork with all firm members to improve and innovateCompetenciesProblem Solving/Analysis.Thoroughness.Teamwork Orientation.Communication Proficiency.Initiative.Personal Effectiveness/Credibility.Business Acumen.Presentation Skills.Technical Capacity.Attention to DetailMicrosoft Office SuiteAdobe or similar PDF editing programsBenefits:Salary commensurate with the candidates experience.
