This role is based in the Mesa/Phoenix, AZ area, and offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in escrow processing while contributing to the success of a growing organization.Job Description:As an Escrow Support Processor, you will play a key role in handling the clerical processing of documents related to the initiation and closing of residential escrows. Your main responsibility will be to alleviate branches of high-volume paperwork by processing essential escrow documents. You will also communicate key information and instructions to escrow branches (but not directly to customers). This position requires strong attention to detail and an understanding of escrow processes, with the potential for involvement in both escrow openings and closings.Key Responsibilities:Perform centralized clerical processing for residential escrow documents.Assist in managing high volumes of paperwork to support escrow branches.Communicate necessary information and instructions to escrow branches.Perform other escrow-related tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.Skills Required:Ability to follow established escrow procedures.Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.1-2 years of escrow processing experience.
