Our client offers a competitive salary, generous health benefits package, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan and excellent work-life balance.Responsibilities of the Trusts & Estates Paralegal:- Be able to handle preparation of appraisals- Be able to prepare federal and state estate tax returns- Be able to handle probate process- Be able to prepare fiduciary accounting- Be able to handle trust administration- Be able to handle preparation of fiduciary income tax returnsRequirements of the Trusts & Estates Paralegal:- Bachelors Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate- Must have at least 4 years of experience handling large estates- Must have at least 4 years of experience handling all types of trusts- Good written and oral communication skills- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite including Adobe- Organized, excellent attention to detail and strong at multitasking- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced environment- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance- Excellent talent for interacting with people in a positive and courteous mannerCompensation and Benefits for the Trusts & Estates Paralegal:- Approximately $70,000 - $100,000/annually, depending on experience- Generous health benefits package- Life and disability insurance- 401(k) retirement plan
