Naya Law Group, PC is looking to hire a Case Manager-Paralegal with extensive business immigration experience. This individual will work as part of a team, under the direction of the Managing Attorney and Senior Attorney, representing employers in sponsoring foreign workers and individuals for immigration benefits. At Naya Law Group, PC, we value our boutique level of customer service and communication-its what makes us unique!Qualifications:Bachelors Degree (Required)Immigrant Visa Application/Petition preparation experience such as PERM, I-140, and AOS of at least four yearsNonimmigrant Visa Application/Petition preparation experience such as H-1B, TN, L, and E-3 visas of at least two yearsBe able to handle a mid-level volume of immigration casesLawLogix (EDGE) or similar software experience is welcome but not requiredAttentive to detail and can work independently and as a part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam player passionate about immigrationOur Case Manager-Paralegal will be responsible for drafting government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients. Other duties include:Perform intake of cases once assigned and work with external parties to collect necessary informationDraft forms, letters, and compile petitions/applications for attorney reviewDraft legal documents such as RFEsCommunicate with clients regarding the progress of their cases professionallyBuild knowledge of the firm and client processesStay active in immigration database recording, record keeping and document preparationMeet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issuesDemonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and teamWe are a motivated and fun team looking to bring on the best!
