While implementing efficient processes and workflows, they are responsible for the performance of the team who is shipping orders out of the warehouse until delivery to the client. This role will also oversee the inbound operations staff member who monitors purchase orders from our suppliers until they reach the warehouse. This role is central to revenue recognition, sales support, inventory management, and coordinating operations between the warehouse, freight carriers, and sales managers.Successful candidates will bring experience with ERP systems in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environments, focusing on supporting internal sales teams. You will set the tone for the operations department with a strong work ethic while fostering a positive learning environment for your team.As a collaborative communicator, you will shape the roadmap for order management, driving automation, scalability, and cost efficiency. You will manage relationships with freight vendors, 3PL warehouse partners, and internal sales leadership team, ensuring smooth operations across a global platform.This role requires balancing day-to-day workload with higher-level department projects and initiatives while navigating competing demands. You are deadline and results-driven, passionate about leading others and implementing best practices that help your internal partners and team do their best work.Key Responsibilities:Team ManagementProvide leadership, direction, and support to the sales operations team. Effective and positive leader.Support day to day workload on a contingency basis when team members are on leave or out of office.Develop and maintain process documents and department manuals and process improvements.Comfortable to deliver and receive feedback, and highly self-aware.Analytical, organized and data-driven decision-making.Organized and productive work style; loves the feeling of getting things done.Experience with FedEx Ship Manager software, ERP, WMS and other systems (NetSuite is a plus).Experience with exporting goods and international documentation compliance.Experience working with 3PL Warehouse.
