We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and proactive receptionist to join a growing team at our clients newest building. As the first point of contact, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience for all visitors, tenants, and staff.The salary for this role will likely be $20-25/hr.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support as needed.Interact with and provide guidance to porters and security staff.Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Maintain a positive, organized, and efficient environment.Assist with managing building schedules, deliveries, and other office logistics.Qualifications:Previous experience in a receptionist or office manager role.Strong interpersonal skills with a bubbly and approachable personality.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proactive with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience managing or collaborating with maintenance, porters, or security teams is a plus.If youre looking for an opportunity to be a key part of a vibrant new building and have a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you!
