Construction Office ManagerUltimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Construction Office Manager to join their clients team in Escondido, California. This is a long-term temporary role available through October 2025. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the construction office and supporting the project site in San Diego one day a week.Responsibilities:Commute one day a week to the San Diego project site.Verify payroll, ensuring numbers match reports and invoice details.Track subcontractors effectively.Review and compile daily reports for accuracy and completeness.Ensure insurance certifications are up to date and compliant.Handle some invoicing and accounts payable tasks.Answer phones and greet guests in the office with professionalism.Respond to client emails promptly and courteously.Utilize Sage software; experience is a plus.Possess experience working in the general contractor or construction industry.Requirements:Work Hours: Monday to FridayBenefits:This position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $25 to $28 per hour.If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in the construction industry, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
